Man, that's a hard one. Can't really put them in a top 5. They're all great. But,

The Legend Of Zelda
Final Fantasy
(Brain fart right here)
Animal Crossing
Pokemon.

That's only four. Um...

3. Classic Spyro.
4. Legend of Zelda
5. Pokemon

I need to be more diverse. I'm not so thrilled about Mario especially nowadays, in the past it woulda been 3rd easily..

There seriously needs to be more Dragon Age on everyone's list...... just sayin.....

Also @Ness: Classic Spyro games are the bomb! Number 1 was ok, but 2 and especially 3 were amazing.
 
In no particular order except Pikmin

1. Pikmin, who would have thought
Legend of Zelda, especially Skyward Sword, Minish Cap, and the Oracle games
Ace Attorney (Lang Zi says: "Localize AAI2!")
Portal, particularly for the dialog and the humor "Please place the Aperture Science weighted storage container on the 1500 Megawatt Aperture Science Heavy Duty Super Colliding Super Button"
Super Mario Bros., Sunshine and Super Mario World are the best
 
Just revamping my list, after giving it more thought:
1. Kingdom Hearts
2. Zelda
3. Pokemon
4. Elder Scrolls
5. Final Fantasy

And Dragon Age, Pikmin, Assassins Creed, and Spyro (Not Skylanders @.@) all earn a place too.
