It's too cold where I work to wear shorts. Basically in and out of refrigerated shelves and freezers with whatever needs to go on the shelf.

Yes, shorts are allowed in my workplace only on Fridays. All the employees are free to dress as they want to representing their culture.

Shorts are perfect dress code for warehouses jobs. They allow free dresses to make it comfortable for workers.

Nope. Smart/office casual for us but for most people that means buttoned shirt and chinos or suit pants. Annoying really as I’d be much more comfortable with shorts!

Shorts are very comfortable to wear. The air getting to your legs makes cooling down in heat very easy. Also, it helps someone to walk fast without any restrictions.

When I worked, we could wear shorts but some didn't still as it was factory & while it was hotter, it was also for safety reasons. Easier to get cut & burned when your skin is exposed.
