My boss at work prohibits workers, females especially, coming to the workplace with short skirts or bumshots. He said that it is a means of distraction at the workplace. Do your workplace let such happen?

Yes, we're allowed to wear shorts so long as they're not daisy dukes and you're butt is hanging out.

It's too cold where I work to wear shorts. Basically in and out of refrigerated shelves and freezers with whatever needs to go on the shelf.
