How often do you make instant noodles?

my question is... how oftenm do you eat instant noodles?? i have them at least 5 times a week (its a stable diet for a 11 yr old XD)

He could have a gluten allergy that prohibits him from eating these foods, and others that contain gluten.

It would be like a person with a nut allergy avoiding nuts or a person with lactose intolerance avoiding dairy.

There is someone in my family who can't eat any gluten. You have no idea how badly that affects their life.

I hardly ever have them, but I always buy them when we run out.
I dunno. We eat them every time we get really desperate and lazy, I suppose.

Usually twice a week when i remember to buy more (didn't have any in a month cause i keep forgetting). I usually try to vary it by adding a fried egg, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, shrimps, etc to it.
