I got killed in Skyrim a few times when I first started, I had trouble warding off a Legendary Dragon and didn't pop a potion in time, so I died and had to reload a save.

Got killed by a few people when playing a TDM match on COD: Advanced Warfare a few hours ago.

in Xenoblade, I got over whelmed by a group of enemies, lost track on my healer and my tank character did little to stop them.

Stupidly decided to boot up COD: AW again, died a lot more than I killed someone and immediately turned off my PS4.

Dying a lot in Zelda BotW, was doing a shrine tonight and had low health thanks to a few guardian laser attacks, and this damn spike ball came out of nowhere
