Shimada said that he wanted to design the new battle outfit for Persona 3 Reload with the idea of equipment that would be best suited to support a group of young people facing their destiny on the battlefields of the Dark Hour.
Shimada also added that he wanted to increase the appearance of sturdiness and storage capacity while keeping a sense of ease of movement and not making it look bulky. The main inspiration for the new battle outfit was biker jackets and military clothing.
While creating the new design, they considered a version with the jacket closed but ultimately decided to keep the familiar version. At first, Shimada was worried that the new elements would detract from the charm of the original design, but he hoped they could enhance the sense of realism during combat.

I think it will happen for the next Switch.
If Persona 3 Portable wasn't Limited Run locked, then this wouldn't have a better chance on Switch. But as it stands, there would need to be comparisons between the two for sure. Especially if the price variance is quite a margin.
Someone already completed game and posted the remake version's ending on youtube lol the NG+ endings from portable are better imo
The ending is a bit weird if your mc friendzones Aigis and dates someone else, it forces the mc to like having a romantic relation with her lmao it should be at least like what they did with NG+ endings from portable. mc could choose to spend the moment with the one mc bonded the most lol
