秀尽学園 is a fictive place name in both Persona 5 and Phantasy Star Online 2.
But since 秀尽 is not a real word nor a name used anywhere else, I'm not too sure about the correct reading of that one.
学園 means "academy" (literally: learning park), and is read as "gakuen".
高校 means "high school", and is read as "koukou".
購買部 means "school store" (literally: purchase section), and is read as "koubaibu".
