Skull - tu -la

That makes sense to me.

Phonetically speaking, Skull-to-la makes the most sense. There is no rule or consonant blend that would result in a "chu" sound in the word.

I say it

Skull-uta.

I never analyzed the whole word to see the pronunciation, so I just started saying Skulluta.

I never actually thought about this, but now I'm sure skulltula is from skull and tarantula <__<.
So, I'm pretty sure the official translation should now be skull-chula, as opposter so skull-tull-er as I'd normally say it.

I use -tula, and my brain wants to smack me thinking that im saying it wrong because of tarantula.

I'd say Skull-two-la.

I don't understand why you'd say it like that, seeing as there's no vowel between the 'l' and 't', thus "skull-it-a" would be wrong, secondly, you are missing out the last 'l', as in "skull-tu-la" <_____<
It's skullTUla not skullUTa, just pointing that out... again

Giant spiders that drop down on me when I least expect it. I say their name as 'enemy'.
