Opinions can be based on facts lol.
For example, my opinion is that FF VIII is the worst FF game ever, due to the fact that I've played all of them and it was the one I disliked the most. Thats an opinion based on fact.
A biased opinion would be someone saying that the FF series is much better than Kingdom Hearts when they've never played the latter.
