Would you buy a tablet or laptop which only has one/mono speaker instead of two speakers?

Yes, I would buy a tablet or laptop which only has one speaker if the tablet or laptop is very affordable like $50-100 US Dollars.

I also mostly use headphones, or external 3.5mm speakers to listen to sound on a laptop or tablet device because the built-in speakers are not as good as headphones or external speakers which are connected to the 3.5 mm headphone jack or USB port.

Well I do have one small sound bar for my laptop. Though its kind of big so does that count as one or two?

I think most laptops and sound bars have two or more speakers.
