Considering the vast majority of splices would die within the first day of life due to having badly made organs/bad habitat... Also, you wouldn't be able to collect them all because there would suddenly be millions and millions of creatures you could create.

For multitasking, you'll want a good quad core cpu, like an i5 or i7. 8gb of ram should suffice if you supplement it with a decent GPU. For the internet stuff to happen fast, you'll want a good connection to your router. Again, what is your budget for this?
