It was more annoying than anything. Snaking made a large portion of the Mario Kart difficulty vanish. And as Super Leaf said, I'd rather them not bring back something that based skill on how fast you could mash on the D-pad.

Wario was one of my favorites, he had a different style.. like most of the ones up there.. but his goal was often more than just reach the end and his abilities always seemed interesting.
