The sports bra "collides" with her PLOT thus restricting the 3d realtime soft body physics applied to her PLOT lol. so no. If it's without the sports bra then her PLOT can move nicely like when she's wearing her purple dress lol. Like this video here, though in the video the color is moded to gold:
