Star Wars: Obi-Wan Series

Epic theme music.

Read from CBR on the possibility of season 2:

For series director Deborah Chow, the six-episode first season tells a complete story. "It was definitely conceived as a limited series, and it is one big story with a beginning, middle, and end," she told EW. "The approach has always been that it is one full story." However, Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy is more open to continuing the story. "It's certainly something we talk about," she revealed.

Kennedy explained that, although there are reasons to continue the show, it ultimately depends on whether there is more story to tell. "Everybody came together and had such an incredible time. Ewan [McGregor] had an incredible time. Hayden [Christensen] had an incredible time. So certainly from that point of view, everybody involved would love to see this not end. But we have to really spend our time asking the question: Why would we do it? If we were to decide to do anything more with the Obi-Wan character, we'd have to really answer the question why?"

I feel like Obi-Wan flashbacks would be a good idea or something going on at this time on the timeline so that they can add on to it later with more media.

Yeah, and they could also do the stuff from the comics with young Obi-Wan, the adventures of Obi Wan and Qui Gon.

I feel like Plagueis needs a good story but yeah I remember watching TPM and Sidious was so happy at the end because he just killed his master.

I've actually got the Darth Plagueis book and its very interesting. I would absolutely love to see a series based on it.

Read from CBR:

Obi-Wan Kenobi writer Joby Harold says the upcoming Disney+ series deals heavily with the titular Jedi Master (Ewan McGregor) coming to terms with his past, and how the quote-unquote "death" of Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) came to define who he is as a person.

"Obi-Wan is defined by his past to a pretty great degree," "I mean, Obi-Wan and Anakin share so much screen time together. They're so close that everything that he's experienced and everything that happened with Anakin cannot help but define him. And we meet a man who's very much defined by that history, whether he wants to be or not."

Harold continued, "Part of the journey of what he goes through is reconciling that past and coming to understand it and coming to understand his place in it. And that journey and the places he has to go emotionally as well as physically, and some of those battles he has to fight, are very much to do with facing that past and understanding who he was, his part in his own history, in the history of others."

Sounds like they know what they are doing. Question is, how many high grounds will there be? How many 'why hello there' as well?
lol Wonder if there will be new Obi High Ground Memes after the series aired
