Would you play the next Zelda game if Link was female?

Honestly i don't like the idea much, as changing Links gender would be like changing Marios gender. Have you ever seen a girl plumber? lol. But Zelda games are always going to be about Link saving the land and most times Zelda too. It can't be changed. But on the other hand i wouldn't mind playing as Zelda to save Link. Very Similar to how Peach saves Mario in Super Princess Peach. Apart from that. NO from me in my opinion.
heh. back a few pages shows how we did list a few play as Zelda games. mostly for the CD-I but i think it is about time for a new one ! lol
Yeah, lol, I have actually posted those two games all over this forum now lol I think there was an episode of the old cartoon series where she saves him as well.

Shihon Chris (Christine Bannon-Rodrigues, who I know in real life) is an excellent fighter and actually does all the stunts for Bat Girl in the movie Batman and Robin as well as stunts in other movies. Women are naturally more flexible than men and Chinese martial artist females excel over their male counterparts. I don't see where anyone said women can't fight. and yeah, I was ignoring the plumber comment as there ARE female plumbers - I have one in my family. And true, they may not be that common but isn't that what makes an original character ORIGINAL; having a concept that is unique or different? People always do the same cliché things and it gets old and tiring. Where is the game where you play as a female soldier trying to rescue the Prince or a Princess trying to rescue the Prince? Boy saves girl is done to death but girl saves boy... not so much.
