I just realised that the Waluigi banner still has the "out-of-whack" red line up the top like the old N3DSC banner had. I'm not sure if it's possible, but I made a Waluigi banner with a transparent background which can be found here:

Heh, the ranks are kind of different colours. The rank I showed was part of the enemy category, where all the backgrounds are blue. The next category after that has green backgrounds. Unless if you want every single background to be red... I can do that...
