Yes. The only thing banned about weather would be Drizzle and Swift Swim abilities on the same team. And that is mostly due to Kingdra. As far as other weather problems, that is why things like Excadrill, Thundurus, and Garchomp are generally banned.

The reason we were saying an award for 4 and an award for 8 was just to make less awards to have to keep up with. If the Mods think we should award a badge for every single victory, then sure, do it. I just haven't heard anything and thought it would be a nice alternative. Not a kiddie league as long as we have skilled teams.

-Beat said leader, earn badge (The defeated Leader MUST TELL the mod to add the award to their list, not the winner)
-Each Badge can only be awarded to a single member ONCE (that means you can't have like 8 solid badges if you beat me 8 times)
-USING HACKED POKEMON WILL RESULT IN BADGE REVOKE FROM LEADER (I'll know, i've been playing this game since I was a kid, I don't care who agrees with this, if I'm to give out a badge you must follow this to earn mine, deal with it)
-Perhaps have a single award with all 8 badges on it should be made so that when all badges are obtained they can be traded in for that award (to prevent having too many awards)

oh and I personally think an "elite" team should not be formed until we all battle each other to see who qualifies (using said gym pokemon, no special teams) not by just saying "Oh I think i'm best so i am the champion of the league".

I'll know if someone hacks...i used to hack for a very long time until i deleted all of my hacked data and started fresh. I believe we should not get any awards, our goal here is for others to get awards. Though we could make it so that our signatures represent what gym leader we are...We should be abe to win each others awards though, like I can challenge you guys and win your badges and vice versa.

Hardly sounds dictatory to me. Hard to tell if a Pokemon is hacked though, unless it is shiny or REALLY poorly hacked. And right now I don't think we even need an elite four. If this goes well, maybe later down the road we could form an elite four, all with more balanced teams (maybe going with different kinds of themes to really test people).

If we wanted to battle each other, then that is cool. And if you got all other 7 badges then sure, you can award yourself the last one, but not until you beat everyone else. The main goal here is to foster a better Pokemon community on this forum.

ok, btw i have many shiny pokemon so before anyone points fingers, i assure you they are legit and very defeatable. Donpahn will be tough though as his stats are pretty high. Basically what i meant was if we find out said pokemon are hacked then a badge revoke can be issued. So I guess we are all pretty much agreed on terms then. I've contacted nintendan and told him to look over this topic and give us the thumbs up or down on this so we can make the awards official.

Whatever you want. One thing I forgot to mention but added to the rules is that you cannot use both Latios and Latias and no using Soul Dew (if you can even get that on BW).

I was thinking about that earlier. I haven't decided either way and was wondering what the other Gym Leaders thought.
