RIP to all game store employees, they are crying on their respected subreddits right now. It be a wise investment to get the disc playing console, to get a 4k blu ray player is almost $200 these days so that extra $100 is a steal just to omit a disc reader.

I'd say the PS5's different prices is fair.

Read on ps5 game sizes, from Pushsquare:

Demon’s Souls, will eat up 66GB of the next-gen system’s storage space;
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will gobble up 50GB, and if you plump up for the Ultimate Edition – which includes Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered as well – you’ll lose an eye-watering 105GB. That’s already an eighth of the device’s available 825GB.

It’s worth noting that textures will be more detailed on the PS5, so developers may well be saving space compared to PS4 titles, but using it up with higher quality assets. In the case of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered, for example, the original game with all of its DLC installed takes up approximately 75GB on the PS4, compared to roughly 55GB in its revamped form.

Still, it looks like you’re definitely going to have to juggle which games you’ve got installed – although eventually you will be able to expand the system’s storage space.

I'm sure the pro will come with a 2 TB SSD, if not I'm going to make it happen, or go crazy for 4 TB :p

If not you can always just use an external ssd to store the games that you are not currently playing.

So the dimensions were leaked and it is crazy big. Might have to keep it vertical otherwise it's going to look very weird on my TV stand.

Read this from pushsquare:

Popular Japanese YouTube channel 赤髪のとものゲーム実況チャンネル!! is set to go live with a PS5 preview this weekend :

At least the Xbox is black. This white looking thing is going to be very visible especially with its size

Maybe a large black sticker sticked to the sides of the PS5 on the PS5 would make the PS5 look less big when placed horizontally next to a smaller TV.

Yeah, DBrand have already started showcasing some of their skins for the PS5. Looks very nice in black although I'm not sure I am willing to put a big sticker on it really.

Read on Ps5's fan noise from pushsquare:

First impressions of the PlayStation 5’s fan noise are promising, as Japanese publications Dengeki Online and 4Gamer have both suggested that the console runs extremely quietly. This is despite the system powering demanding next-gen titles like Godfall and Astro’s Playroom under hot studio lights for over an hour.

Sony’s range of PlayStation 4 consoles have been roundly criticised for their operation volume, with titles like God of War famously kicking the various formats’ fans into overdrive. But according to Dengeki Online, the volume was so quiet during its recent hands on that it was left pondering whether the console was even turned on.

4Gamer made similar remarks, explaining that while it could feel the warm air being emitted from the system, it could barely hear the operation of the fans. Exactly how the console’s cooling solution works is still unclear, but the publication added that it was particularly impressed with performance considering the console was placed in a 30-degree environment.

It's kind of crazy that the sales forecasts for the Xbox and PS are higher than previous consoles even with COVID being such a problem around the world.

I feel a some people have save some money for a next gen console from the money savings of staying and working at home. A lot of people are saving money from staying home more often, and also working from home if their office job or other type of job can be done at home with a computer and internet connection.

It will definitely be interesting to see whether the forecasts are accurate or not. Weird that they are being so optimistic in this current climate
